appraisal
service with

the auto
insurance claims
industry. Our
main focus is
file quality and
improving your
customer's
overall

deliver you a

efficient
appraisal
product than any
other appraisal
company on the
market today.
Alliance
Workflow
Process:
1. When
assigning a new
claim, send
claim assignment
to Alliance via
preferred claim
handling
software, i.e.,
Scene Access,
Process Claims,
etc. or simply
email or fax
assignment.
2. Upon
receipt of
vehicle owner
contact
information
Alliance will
call the owner
and set up an
inspection
appointment as
soon as
possible. We
will also submit
new claim status
to the inside
adjuster daily.
3. Once
the vehicle has
been inspected
the appraiser
will complete a
damage estimate
at once and
forward all
information,
reports and
photos to the
inside adjuster.
** Photo
Protocol: four
corner shots,
license plate,
VIN, odometer,
measured damage,
points of impact
from at least
two angles, all
prior unrelated
damages and
interior on
total losses.
***Alliance will
write per your
company's
guidelines as
well and also
utilize partial
refinish
operations and
Paintless Dent
Repair where
applicable.
4. All
supplements will
be completed
FREE of charge
and once
received will be
reviewed &
adjusted
accordingly,
then submitted
to the
respective
insurance
carrier as soon
as possible.
Supplements for
concessionary
items such as
required labor
rate & part
price increases
will not require
a physical
re-inspection
however, photos
from the shop of
vehicle in
repair process
will be
required.
All part price
increases will
be accompanied
by an invoice
from the part
supplier.
5. If any
vehicle is a
total loss
Alliance will
inform the
insurance
carrier as soon
as it is known
and utilize the
insurers
preferred market
valuation
service if
requested (i.e.
CCC, Autosource)
as well as fill
out all
applicable
forms. Alliance
can also
complete
an ACV work-up
if necessary.
**Alliance will
write per your
company's
guidelines as
well and also
utilize partial
refinish
operations and
Paintless Dent
Repair where
applicable.
