Advanced Claims Concepts, Inc. is an independent adjusting company established in 1991 that provides both commercial and residential property and liability claims services for the entire lower 48 US states.

Our service fees are about 25% less than the major independent adjusting providers in the US. Our streamlined process allows us to maintain lower overhead, which we reflect in a lower charge to our clients. Our field staff consists of experienced senior adjusters on all of your files, not just the large ones. We do not utilize trainees. Our average turn-around time (start to finish) has a consistent average of less than five working days. We firmly believe that the quicker a claim is paid, the lower the indemnity amount becomes for the carrier. That has proved accurate for the past 37 years our director has been in this business. Our fees are all inclusive, we do not add on extra amounts for mileage and drive time. We cover every part of the lower 48 US state area.

No matter where it may be, we complete the assignment for one flat fee.

Our motto is that we are large enough to do your claims work nationwide, but small enough to care about it. We prove that motto every day with our superior claim services. When there is a problem file, it is handled by one of the owners of the company, not just another supervisor. We look at problem files as an opportunity to prove our capabilities and merit.

We do our work the old fashion way. We always look for subrogation, salvage, risk hazards, old damages, SIU potential, coverage issues, etc. We train our adjusters that way and offer them financial incentives out of our pocket to do so. We constantly look at our adjuster's loss severity levels, we check all their work, not just a sampling. We run criminal background checks on everyone that works for us. We verify their license compliance and educational credentials.
